Fruktoosi täysmehussa

Hedelmissä on useita luontaisia sokereita, kuten fruktoosia, glukoosia ja sakkaroosia. Ne muodostavat yhteensä noin kymmenen prosenttia hedelmätäysmehusta. Hedelmätäysmehun fruktoosi tulee suoraan kokonaisista hedelmistä, joista saadaan mehua puristamalla. Lain mukaan hedelmätäysmehu sisältää aina vain hedelmän omaa sokeria.1
